Organization members are managed on the User management page in Settings. The same page controls access to both Certify and the Registry.
Only an Admin can manage users. If you hold any other role, the Add user button does not appear. See Account roles.
To reach the page from anywhere in the platform, select Menu in the top right-hand corner, then Team Settings, then the Organization Members tab.

Add a user

1

Open User management

2

Add the user

Click Add user and enter their details, including the email address the invitation goes to.
3

Assign a role

Choose the role that matches what the user needs to do. See Account roles.
4

Wait for them to accept

The user receives an invitation at the email address you entered.
If you see A user with this email address already exists, that person already registered an Isometric account, either as an individual or under a different organization. An account belongs to one organization at a time, so the invitation cannot be sent. Email support@isometric.com to move the account to your organization.

Edit a user

Click the user’s row on the User management page, make your changes and click Save. If you set the role to Custom access, a Project access table appears so you can assign the user to individual projects. See Project-level access.
Your organization must have at least one Admin. If you are the only remaining Admin, you cannot change your own role to anything else, and your account cannot be deleted. Another user must be promoted to Admin first.

Remove a user

Click the user’s row on the User management page, then click Remove.
Removing a user revokes their access immediately. It also removes them from every project and cancels their notification emails. It will not remove any historical data created by them on your projects.
