# Registry

> Software platform for public reporting of carbon credit removals and inventory management for suppliers and buyers to manage credit balances

Registry is Isometric's software platform for public reporting of carbon credit removals and credit issuances, as well as an inventory management platform for carbon credit suppliers and buyers to manage their credit balances and retire credits for public claims.

## Registry accounts

* Suppliers with a [Certify account](/user-guides/certify/introduction) do not need to register a separate account for Registry features. Credit management features are disabled in Preview mode, but will be unlocked during your onboarding process with our Partnership team
* Buyers should [contact Isometric](https://ovy8r36hzrk.typeform.com/to/e9GPR05y) to agree commercial terms and request access to a Registry account.
* Third party API integrators such as marketplaces, intermediaries and carbon intelligence platforms can request access to a Sandbox account by completing the [Partner with Isometric](https://isometric.com/partner-with-isometric) form
