# Exporting from Certify FAQs

> How to export your Project Design Document and LCA from Certify as a PDF, how to download the data sources you have uploaded as a ZIP archive, and what each export does and does not contain

> [!NOTE]
>
> In all cases, guidance provided in the [Isometric Standard](https://registry.isometric.com/standard), [Protocols](https://registry.isometric.com/protocols) and [Modules](https://registry.isometric.com/modules) is authoritative.

## Can I export my Project Design Document as a PDF?

Yes, Project Design content can be exported as a formatted PDF at any point during the drafting or Validation.

**1. Open the project**

Go to your [Certify account](https://registry.isometric.com/account/certify) and select the relevant project.

**2. Open Project design**

Select **Project design** in the left-hand menu.

**3. Export**

Click the download button in the top right-hand corner, then select **Export as PDF**.

The PDF contains the Isometric requirements and your submissions, in the order they appear in Certify. Attachment names are listed at the bottom of the relevant submission, but the attachment content is not exported. Attachments can be downloaded as an archive separately via the same export menu.

> [!WARNING]
>
> The **Download CSV** option exports the Certify requirements only. It does not include your submissions.

## Can I download the data sources I have uploaded?

Yes, you can download data sources attached in your Project Design or other asset for validation (such as Feedstocks, Facilities or other sites) as a ZIP archive.

**1. Open the project**

Go to your [Certify account](https://registry.isometric.com/account/certify) and select the relevant project.

**2. Open the asset page**

Select **Project design** in the left-hand menu or the relevant asset, such as the Feedstock or project Site.

**3. Download**

Click the download button in the top right-hand corner, and select **Download submission files**.

## Can I export my LCA?

Yes, the LCA can be exported in PDF format.

**1. Open the project**

Go to your [Certify account](https://registry.isometric.com/account/certify) and select the relevant project.

**2. Open LCA**

Select **LCA** in the left-hand menu.

**3. Download**

Click the download button in the top right-hand corner, and select **Download PDF**.

The PDF is a summary report. It sets out the key project details and the removal efficiency breakdown by emission type: sequestrations, removal activities, removal counterfactuals, losses and project emissions.

It may also include an appendix listing the individual components of [project establishment and end-of-life emissions](https://docs.isometric.com/user-guides/certify/project-emissions.md).
