# Contact support

> How to contact the Isometric support team, who should use the support email, and what information to include in your request

## Before you contact us

**1. Search the support center**

Search the [support center](https://docs.isometric.com/support.md) for your question. Most account, data and credit questions have an answer already.

**2. Collect the details we need**

See the list below. A complete first message avoids a round trip.

## Email support

The support email is for active users of Certify or the Registry who are reporting a product issue, such as a bug, an outage or missing functionality.

Send your request to [support@isometric.com](mailto:support@isometric.com).

Include the following details:

* Your organization name and the affected project.
* The exact error message, copied as text.
* The URL of the page where the problem happened.
* The identifier of the affected resource, for example a GHG entry, datapoint or credit batch.
* The time of the problem, with the timezone.
* For API issues, the endpoint, the HTTP status code and the request identifier.

## Other contacts

* **Suppliers who need guidance on their Validation and Verification process** — contact your Registry Operations Manager.
* **Prospective Suppliers, partners or other organizations** — use the [Get in Touch form](https://isometric.com/get-in-touch) on our website.
